Please note that the hotel does not have an elevator. All rooms are located on the 2nd and 3rd floor. Front desk hours change seasonally, open from 7am to 7pm daily. Parking is available onsite.

Beach tender service is available in the summer months offering chaise lounges, umbrellas and plenty of relaxation to take a moment soak in the summer sun. Guests of the Tides Beach Club also have access to the amenities at close by sister property, Hidden Pond resort.

This Kennebunkport hotel is located on Goose Rocks Beach. Kennebunkport's town center, Dock Square with a collection of shops, boutiques, restaurants is about a 15 minute drive from the hotel by car. Portland is just over a half hour to the northeast.
