Important Information

Given the property's off-grid location, please anticipate using a 4WD vehicle or one with high clearance. The conditions of the roads vary depending on the rainy season. The staff is happy to meet guests at HWY 64N if they would like to be accompanied to the Ranch.
Please check in between 3pm and 7pm. They strongly suggest arriving before sunset. If guests plan to arrive after sunset, they should call +1 (470) 910-6657.
This is an off-grid property. Electricity is supplied by a solar system (with a back-up generator for emergencies); all water is trucked in; the main source of heat is a wood burning stove; and wastewater is treated by a septic system.
Each casita has 80 gallons of water per day. This allows for approximately two 10 minute showers each day. If guests will need additional water, they must let the property know so they may make arrangements for a water delivery.
Electrical appliances put a strain on the solar power system, so guests should leave hair dryers, curling irons, electric razors and other electrical appliances at home. Also, cell phones and computers should be charged during the day if possible.

Blending serene desert views with a calm Southwestern interior decor, the 320 square foot (30㎡) casita features a queen-sized bed that sleeps two, living area that steps out onto a private patio, plus a kitchenette equipped to prepare meals, as well as air conditioning and a wood-burning stove.
