Daily housekeeping service is NOT provided. Housekeepers will visit upon check out. Fresh towels and supplies are available upon request. 

 

The Clark House Inn was the home of John Clark, the founder of Clarksdale. Consequently, it is filled with history and is one of the oldest existing buildings in Clarksdale. Due to its historical importance, the house is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. Right next door, guests will see the historic Cutrer Mansion, home to John Clark’s daughter, Blanche, & her husband, J.W. Cutrer.
The home is situated on two acres adjacent to the Little Sunflower River, and has been extensively refurbished and beautifully redecorated as a residential inn.
All guests are welcome in the common areas of the main house, which include a living room/parlor, a library and the dining room. Furthermore, a refrigerator is available in the kitchen for guests' beverages and snacks. Most importantly, a self-serve continental breakfast is included for all guests.

 

The Clark House Inn is only 75 miles from Memphis and is located in the residential neighborhood of Clarksdale’s Historic District. As a result, guests can make themselves at home just blocks from all of Clarksdale’s most popular spots. Because of this prime location, museums, restaurants, art galleries, music venues, shopping, coffee shops and more are all within walking distance of the inn.

All rooms have private baths. Each room has a flat screen TV, a desk, and comfortable seating. Note that rooms do not have phones, but Wireless Internet service is available without cost.
Big Daddy, Stella!, Desire and Baby Doll are located upstairs in the main house, and share a common lounge area at the top of the stairs. Additionally, Crossroads is located on the ground floor of the main house. Bottletree, King Cotton and Magnolia are located in a separate cottage adjacent to the main house.
