The Hotel Portsmouth, a Lark property, is a charming Victorian manor house oozing with character. The original portion of the building fronting on Court Street is dressed in a typical stick architectural style exterior with late 19th century oak wainscoting interior along with an oak staircase. The ground level ADA-Accessible Guest Room features a bathroom which has a tub, but no roll-in shower - the door to the bathroom is 30" wide.  There are handrails in the tub and by the toilet, wheelchair accessible closet and sinks and compliant clear space throughout guest room.
